Shipping information

We ship throughout Germany, except to German islands (as defined by our shipping companies*) and to Austria. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out either via DHL or DPD, or via GLS for items over 1200 mm in length. Items that cannot be shipped via  parcel delivery are shipped via a freight forwarder (GEL or Camel-24)** . The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.
 




*The following postal code areas or locations are considered islands for our shippers and unfortunately cannot be delivered to without a separate agreement:

If you would like to ship to another country, please send us an email before placing your order ( support@metallparadies.de ) or use the "Question about the product" button on the item and provide us with the item details, dimensions, quantity, delivery address, country, and postal code. We will then let you know promptly whether we can ship to your desired country. If delivery to your desired address is possible, we can only then inform you of the shipping costs, as we must first confirm the shipping options and costs with our shipping partners.
 

** Shipping by freight carrier:

Goods with a length of over 2 meters (including packaging) or a girth (1x length + 2x width + 2x height) of over 2.75 meters, as well as heavy individual items weighing over 30 kg, must be shipped by freight carrier. The calculation is done automatically in the shopping cart.

 

Self-collection

You can pick up material purchased in the online shop by appointment from Monday to Friday from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. here:

You will automatically receive an email notification from us when your order is ready. Please refrain from requesting this beforehand. You can easily schedule a pickup appointment using the attached link to our appointment booking tool.

Your completed order must be picked up within 7 days. Due to limited storage capacity, we must charge storage fees of €30 per day starting from the 8th day.
The material will be issued without packaging! Please remember to bring mats, blankets, etc., and straps to secure the load to protect your vehicle.
No self-collection for purchases on account!
Shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket and the delivery country has been selected.
