Sheet metal bending
Category description – Custom bent stainless steel profiles
C-profiles, hat profiles, L-profiles, U-profiles, Z-profiles and Z-profiles with back edge – made to your dimensions
In this category you will find custom bent stainless steel profiles manufactured according to your selected configuration. You can order stainless steel C-profiles, stainless steel hat profiles, stainless steel L-profiles, stainless steel U-profiles, stainless steel Z-profiles and stainless steel Z-profiles with back edge.
These profiles are made by bending stainless steel sheet and are suitable for edges, covers, protective parts, cladding, guides, substructures, transitions, connections and many technical or decorative applications.
Unlike rolled stainless steel profiles or standard system profiles, these bent sheet metal profiles can be configured individually. This is especially useful when standard sizes do not fit, when you need an intermediate size or when a special profile is required for a specific project.
Stainless steel is durable, hygienic, easy to clean and offers a modern, professional appearance. This makes custom bent stainless steel profiles ideal for kitchens, workshops, laboratories, production areas, technical cladding, furniture, protective covers and visible finishing parts.
Please check the example photos and product information carefully. During cutting, bending, handling and possible drilling, scratches, pressure marks, bending marks and processing marks may occur.
Stainless steel profiles manufactured individually for you
Our team cuts and bends the stainless steel sheet according to your configured dimensions. Production takes place after your order, so every profile is manufactured individually for your project.
During bending, slight tolerances, visible bending radii and small dimensional differences may occur. This depends on the sheet thickness, surface type, profile length and selected shape. Bent stainless steel profiles are not milled precision profiles, but technical components manufactured by bending sheet metal.
Depending on the selected variant, the visible side may be supplied with a protective film. The film helps protect the surface during processing and transport, but it cannot completely prevent scratches or processing marks. For visible surfaces, we recommend removing the protective film only after installation.
Stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance, but it is not resistant to every environment. Contact with iron particles, chlorides, road salt, aggressive chemicals or unsuitable cleaning agents can cause staining or surface corrosion.
If you configure additional holes, we will drill them according to your drawing. Further scratches may also occur during marking, handling and drilling. Holes are not countersunk.
Our stainless steel profile shapes
Stainless steel C-profile:
The stainless steel C-profile is suitable for guides, channels, edges, covers, protective parts and cladding. The C-shape is practical when a component needs to cover, guide or protect from several sides. It is a durable and clean solution for technical and visible applications.
Stainless steel hat profile:
The stainless steel hat profile is often used as a substructure, spacer, support or reinforcement profile. The raised centre section creates distance and stability, while the side flanges allow easy mounting. It is ideal for panels, cladding, supports and light constructions.
Stainless steel L-profile:
The stainless steel L-profile, also known as a custom stainless steel angle profile, is ideal for edges, corners, protective parts, covers and finishing. It can be used as an edge protection profile, closing profile or angle component for kitchens, workshops, panels and technical projects.
Stainless steel U-profile:
The stainless steel U-profile is suitable for guides, channels, covers, protective parts and light frame elements. The open U-section makes it possible to insert, cover or protect other components. It is suitable for technical applications, cladding, edges and custom solutions.
Stainless steel Z-profile:
The stainless steel Z-profile is suitable for transitions, offsets, cladding, covers, edges and connections. The Z-shape makes it possible to bridge height differences or create clean transitions between two surfaces. It is a practical choice for covers, panels, protective parts and technical finishing.
Stainless steel Z-profile with back edge:
The Z-profile with back edge provides higher edge stability and a cleaner finish. It is suitable for covers, cladding, visible edges, protective parts and applications where a folded return edge is useful for technical or visual reasons.
