This smooth sheet is often used for decorative cladding in the household appliance sector, as well as in kitchen construction or furniture construction. And thanks to its optimal weather resistance, it is also used outdoors as roof cladding, wall coverings, in facade construction, as drip protection or splash protection. Many customers also use this sheet as edge protection or impact protection to protect door leaves from being kicked in. It can also be used as heat conducting sheeting, radiation protection sheeting or reflector for lighting installations.
A special feature of this alloy: It is magnetic , and can therefore be used excellently for the construction of magnetic boards of any size, on which you can write like a whiteboard and attach notes with magnets.
Alloy 1.4016, also called X6Cr17 or AISI 430, is a ferritic, 17% chromium steel with very good polishing properties. Due to its high chemical resistance to water and diluted acids, this magnetic stainless steel is in great demand in the food industry, beverage production, medical technology and the chemical industry. Not suitable for use in swimming pools. Contact with seawater should also be avoided, as chloride ions attack the material. 1.4016 contains no nickel, making it ideal for people with nickel allergies and is therefore a popular material for stainless steel cutlery.
Thanks to their attractive appearance, these sheets find a wide variety of uses in interior design, for example, for cladding columns, as wall cladding, or as decorative trim. The highly hygienic, easy-care surface is valued in the food industry, in container construction, in the catering industry, in commercial kitchens, in counter construction, in sanitary facilities and public buildings with high visitor traffic, and especially in hospitals.

Then simply send us your sketch as a reply to this email. We need to be able to clearly identify the position of the hole center(s) and the hole diameter .

* Holes are circular. Slotted holes, countersinks, or rectangular holes are not possible!

Notes: The visible side of the sheet is protected by a film. However, due to cutting with guillotine shears, the non-film-coated back of the sheet will exhibit scratches. This is unavoidable, standard practice, and therefore does not constitute grounds for complaint.
Thicker sheets and narrow strips will twist slightly during cutting, meaning they will twist/bend. The sheet will therefore not lie completely flat on a smooth surface. We cannot prevent or correct this!
Production/factory stamps may be present on the sheet, but these can be easily removed with a brush cleaner, nail polish remover, or similar solvent.
We recommend having us deburr the sheets immediately – you can select this inexpensive additional service from the dropdown menu on the right.
Non-deburred material has sharp edges. Please remember to wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves!

If you need it particularly quickly, we offer priority processing for an additional charge. This means: If
we receive your prepaid order Monday through Thursday , it will be completed and shipped within 24 hours. The priority option (subject to an additional charge) must be selected for all items in the shopping cart; otherwise, the order will not receive priority processing!
