Typical applications
Aluminium angles are widely used for corner protection, framing, brackets, edging, shelving supports, trims and structural reinforcements. They are also popular in shopfitting, construction, vehicle builds and interior design.
Important instructions:
Cutting: Your custom-made parts are cut from large aluminium profiles using professional machinery.
Warpage: Longer or thinner profiles may slightly twist during cutting.
Surface: Minor scratches or production marks are unavoidable and standard in the metal industry.
Cut edges are unfinished and
not deburred. We recommend selecting deburring as an additional service.

* Holes are circular. Slotted or rectangular holes are not possible!
The possible
bore diameter depends on the material thickness:
Material thickness up to 1.25 mm: 5–8 mm Ø
Material thickness from 1.5 to 2.5 mm: 5–12 mm Ø
Material thickness from 3 mm: 5–20 mm Ø
New: Enter either internal or external dimensions!
By default, all dimensions are specified as
internal dimensions.
However, you can also request
external dimensions for your project (additional charge applies).
Producing exact external dimensions requires additional setup and testing.
If results are not achievable within tolerance, the order may be cancelled without cost.
