Ventilate workshops, sheds, basements, boiler rooms or lockers, improve airflow in washrooms, drying rooms, storage spaces or garden houses – all while keeping out rats, mice, martens and other pests. Perfect for passive ventilation or as a ventilation grille in recreational vehicles or for building cylinder cages for flammable gases.
Also very useful as a contact guard for heating elements, fans, or rotating tools, shafts and belt drives. In agriculture, gardening and construction, perforated sheets are also frequently used to create sorting boxes.
You'll often see these sheets as ventilation openings on control cabinets, appliances or server housings. In workshops, they are also used as organisational panels. Mounted slightly offset from the wall and equipped with suitable hooks, they allow you to store your tools in an organised manner. They can also be used in hobby rooms, kitchens (for hanging utensils), or even as the back panel of coat racks with hooks for accessories or as a key holder.
How We Cut Your Sheets
Cutting method: Sheets up to and including 10 mm thick are cut using our hydraulic guillotine shears. Sheets with 12 mm, 15 mm and 20 mm thickness are laser cut by a partner company – this may increase delivery time.
Warping: Smaller sheets may become slightly twisted due to shear cutting. Narrow strips, in particular, may not lie completely flat on a level surface.
Laser-cut parts may also become slightly deformed due to heat input (thermal warping). We cannot prevent or correct warping!
Scratches: Both sides of the sheet will show scratches from general handling. These scratches may be deep. Sheets cut by guillotine shears may also show round marks from the hold-downs.
Production marks are unavoidable, industry standard and therefore not grounds for complaint.

Important:
We cut your sheets from large metal panels. This means: You may receive sheets cut from the centre of a panel with perforation on all edges, or from the edge of the panel. Panel edges have a non-perforated border approx. 8–14 mm wide. By placing your order, you accept this.
Note on rust: These panels are Sendzimir galvanised, but the holes are punched afterwards. As a result, the inside of the holes and the cut edges have reduced corrosion protection. Please take this into account if using the sheets in visible or humid areas.
The material has sharp edges. Please ensure you wear suitable protective clothing and gloves when handling! To avoid injuries, we recommend using a surrounding frame or edge protection tape.
