Handmade trays / lids made of aluminum sheet, manufactured according to your specifications

Optionally: 1.5/2.0 mm | 2.5/4.0 mm | 3.5/5.0 mm | 5.0/6.5 mm aluminum checker plate in duet or quintet embossing
Or: smooth aluminum sheet in sheet thickness 1.5 mm - 4 mm, partly coated on one side in RAL color or DB color !
Corners not welded - trays are not liquid-tight!
Length, width and height in mm selectable on the right (10 mm = 1 cm)
Tub height must be at least 10 mm less than the smaller value of tub width or tub length
For checkered sheet or coated smooth sheet: visible side (checkered or painted side) inside or outside as desired

This item will be custom-made to your specifications. Please pay careful attention to your measurements, as custom-made items are non-returnable .
For bends, specify all dimensions as internal dimensions in millimeters. The external dimensions vary depending on the selected material thickness and the required bending radius. The external dimension increases by approximately three times the sheet thickness. (No guarantee).
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, scratches on both sides are unavoidable! These do not affect the functionality of the item.
From thicknesses of 2.5/4.0 mm, cracks can occur in the material due to edging!
If you are unable to configure your desired tub using the configurator, please still send us an inquiry - perhaps we can find a solution.

New: Enter either internal or external dimensions!

For our self-bent products, all dimensions are specified as internal dimensions in millimeters as standard . We can easily and reliably adhere to your desired product dimensions using our specified tolerances.
However, you may require a specific external dimension for your application. Therefore, as an exception, we offer the option of specifying dimensions as external dimensions . This service is subject to an additional charge!
This is because producing bent parts with specific external dimensions on our machines is significantly more complex. It requires considerable experience and, in many cases, a series of tests with sample pieces.
Please understand the surcharge. Should the results of our tests be unsatisfactory, we will unfortunately have to reject your order – but this will not incur any costs for you.
