These ribbed inserts are ideal for closing all kinds of square tubes and rectangular tubes. The flexible ribs provide a secure hold in a wide range of tubes with different wall thicknesses.

The moulded-in metric plastic thread allows the insert to be used as an adjustable insert. With suitable adjustable feet, you can level tables, counters, shelves, coat racks, benches and similar furniture on uneven floors and adjust their height to match the surrounding furniture.

The high load capacity of up to 200 kg per insert also makes these adjustable inserts suitable for retail shelving and storage racks. The plastic is highly resistant to chemicals, including fuels and oils, making it well suited for workshops and industrial applications.

Its high strength and elasticity, even at very low temperatures, also makes these inserts ideal for cold rooms in catering, agriculture and the food industry.

How to order the correct insert

Measure the side length of the tube. This is also the required side length of the insert.
Measure the wall thickness of the tube. This should be within the possible wall thickness range of the tube insert.

Example: Table legs made from square tube, side length 30 x 30 mm, wall thickness 2.0 mm. In this case, you need the order size [30x30x1.5-2.0 mm].
