Aluminum square bars or aluminum square profiles are made from a solid material and are used in a wide variety of applications. Thanks to its physical and aesthetic properties, aluminum is particularly widespread in the construction sector (fixture construction, mechanical engineering, etc.), in exhibition stand construction as a structural element for railings, furniture, shelves, exhibition stands, etc., and also in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, and the electrical industry. Unlike hollow profiles, aluminum square bars or aluminum square rods can be cut with deeper threads or the material can be milled. Square aluminum bars are also often used as bracing, tension rods, anchor rods, or tension bars. Despite their stability and great durability, aluminum is a very lightweight material. For visual enhancement, our square profiles or square bars can be powder-coated upon request . The powder coating also provides the square bars with special protection, making them highly weather-resistant.

The sawn edges are unfinished and not deburred. The surface is raw/bright, so scratches, etc., cannot be avoided. This is normal commercial practice and not grounds for complaint. Nevertheless, we always strive to deliver all cuts with the best possible appearance.

On request: miter cut
We can also miter cut your profiles right away. Our band saws produce significantly straighter edges than subsequent cuts with an angle grinder. This saves you a lot of time when working with welded structures! Please be sure to check the cutting geometries in the option images, especially for miters 7 and 8. These are similar but not identical (left hand - right hand).
Angle accuracy to approximately ± 1 degree, so some reworking may be necessary for exact designs. The length always refers to the longest edge!
