Our aluminuim flat bars and aluminium flat profiles are extruded or drawn aluminium strips and are used in a wide variety of applications. Aluminium flat bars and flat bars are in demand in the construction industry (fixture construction, mechanical engineering, etc.), trade fair construction, shopfitting, interior design, but also in the automotive industry and electrical engineering. This is due, on the one hand, to the fact that aluminium flat bars are easy to process (e.g., cutting, drilling, or milling) due to their material properties and low weight, and, on the other hand, to their simple yet modern appearance. Aluminum flat bars are also ideal for use in private homes, for example, as flexible and bendable decorative strips or as fence elements. Furthermore, the flat bars are easy to weld and solder.
For visual enhancement, our aluminum flat irons or flat bars can be powder-coated upon request. The powder coating also provides the flat bars with special protection and makes them highly weather-resistant.

You can easily order aluminum flat bars or flat profiles/flat strips online from us. Use our configurator to conveniently configure your aluminum flat profile and purchase it at the touch of a button.
The sawn edges are unfinished and not deburred. The surface is raw/bright, so scratches, etc., cannot be avoided. This is normal commercial practice and not grounds for complaint. Nevertheless, we always strive to deliver all cuts with the best possible appearance.

On request: miter cut
We can also miter cut your profiles right away. Our band saws produce significantly straighter edges than subsequent cuts with an angle grinder. This saves you a lot of time when working with welded structures! Please be sure to check the cutting geometries in the option images, especially for miters 7 and 8. These are similar but not identical (left hand - right hand).
Angle accuracy to approximately ± 1 degree, so some reworking may be necessary for exact designs. The length always refers to the longest edge!
Note: The cut edges are not entirely burr-free. We recommend having the tubes deburred by us at the same time—you can select this inexpensive additional service from the dropdown menu.
Non-deburred material has sharp edges. Please remember to wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves!
On request: Drilling according to sketch
We can also drill holes into your configured workpiece*.
Please select the number of holes from the menu. Shortly after your purchase is completed, we will automatically send an email requesting a sketch. Subject: "Drill holes for your order: AU ....., Order number: .....".
Be sure to read the PDF document attached to the email!
Then simply send us your sketch as a reply to this email. We need to be able to clearly identify the position of the hole center(s) and the hole diameter .
Without this sketch, your order cannot be started!
* Holes are circular. Slotted holes, countersinks, or rectangular holes are not possible!
The possible bore diameter depends on the material thickness:
Material thickness up to 1.25 mm: 5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6 mm, 6.5 mm, 7 mm, 7.5 mm, 8 mm Ø,
Material thickness from 1.5 to 2.5 mm: 5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6 mm, 6.5 mm, 7 mm, 7.5 mm, 8 mm, 8.5 mm, 9 mm, 9.5 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm Ø,
Material thickness from 3 mm: 5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6 mm, 6.5 mm, 7 mm, 7.5 mm, 8 mm, 8.5 mm, 9 mm, 9.5 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm, 15 mm, 16 mm, 17 mm, 18 mm, 19 mm, 20 mm Ø.
