Our aluminum T-profiles are versatile and widely used in a wide variety of applications. Whether in industry, mechanical engineering, for the construction of fences or gates, as track rails for roller shutters or sliding gates, as substructures in facade construction, for reinforcements, as beams or lintels to absorb vertical forces/loads in building construction or civil engineering, as supports in container construction, as crossbeams, stiffeners, or as transition strips between different floor coverings – aluminum T-profiles are extremely versatile. T-shaped profiles can also be used as seals or covers indoors. The material (aluminum, material: AlMgSi0.5) does the rest – despite its stability and great durability, aluminum is a very lightweight material and is widely used thanks to its physical and aesthetic properties. Advantages of aluminum T-profiles: Our aluminum T-profiles are semi-finished products and are easy to process thanks to their lightness and stability. In addition, the high-quality aluminum profiles are extremely weather- and corrosion-resistant, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. T-profiles are available in both equal- and unequal-leg versions. They also differ in their material thickness and width at the flanges and webs. The transverse part of the T-profile is called the flange, and the upward-facing part is called the web.

Visual refinement and special protection – our upgrade for your aluminum T-beam . For a visual enhancement, our T-profiles or T-shaped profiles can be powder-coated on request . The powder coating also gives the profiles special protection that is very weather-resistant. You can order aluminum rails or T-profiles / aluminum T-beams from us online. Use our simple configurator to conveniently configure your aluminum profile and buy it at the touch of a button. Note: The cut edges are not completely burr-free. We recommend having the profiles deburred by us straight away – you can select this inexpensive additional service from the drop-down menu on the right. Material that has not been deburred has sharp edges. In this case, please remember to wear suitable protective clothing and gloves! The surface is raw/bare, and aluminum is also a soft metal. This means that scratches etc. cannot be avoided; this is standard practice and not grounds for complaint. Nevertheless, we always strive to deliver all cuts with the best possible appearance.
On request: miter cut
We can also miter cut your profiles right away. Our band saws produce significantly straighter edges than subsequent cuts with an angle grinder. This saves you a lot of time when working with welded structures! Please be sure to check the cutting geometries in the option images, especially for miters 7 and 8. These are similar but not identical (left hand - right hand).
Angle accuracy to approximately ± 1 degree, so some reworking may be necessary for exact designs. The length always refers to the longest edge!
On request: Drilling according to sketch
We can also drill holes into your configured workpiece*.
Please select the number of holes from the menu. Shortly after your purchase is completed, we will automatically send an email requesting a sketch. Subject: "Drill holes for your order: AU ....., Order number: .....".
Be sure to read the PDF document attached to the email!
Then simply send us your sketch as a reply to this email. We need to be able to clearly identify the position of the hole center(s) and the hole diameter .
Without this sketch, your order cannot be started!
* Holes are circular. Slotted holes, countersinks, or rectangular holes are not possible!
